Some material flows need more than horizontal transport. TUSK FL10C adds vertical lift and horizontal reach to position pallets at different transfer levels. Its lateral shift supports fine alignment at the handling point.

Can FL10C lift 1,000 kg to 2,500 mm?

The load rating depends on height: 1,000 kg below 1,600 mm and 800 kg below 2,500 mm. Specify both your pallet weight and required transfer height when discussing the application.

Can it handle closed pallets?

Yes, compatible open and closed pallets are supported. The pallet opening must be at least 95 mm, with at least 65 mm clearance after subtracting the bottom crossbeam thickness for closed pallets.

How much aisle space does it need?

The technical sheet lists a working aisle width of 1,850 mm and a turning width of 2,100 mm. The final layout also needs to account for the actual load, transfer geometry and operating conditions.
